Sub Committee Structure
There is an Executive/Finance Committee which is responsible for the governance and efficient management and reporting of the organisation.
There are also three implementation sub-committees which meet three/four times a year to discuss and follow through on actions.
1. Co-ordination and Networking - this includes the representatives from the Childcare providers and parents and others involved in networking across the sector.
2. Infrastructure – this includes representatives who have an involvement in the development of services.
3. Capacity and Quality – this includes representatives from the main training organisations and those involved in professional development across the sector.
Each of the subcommittee has a set of goals to achieve over the lifetime of the plan and each year has a set of actions to be completed. One staff member works closely with each sub-committee and carries out the administration work on behalf of the subcommittee.
