Waterford CityCC supports Childcare practitioners networks and networking opportunities.  There are three service networks operating, Community Childcare Providers,  Private Childcare Providers  and Pre-schools  (in National Schools) Providers.

All three practitioners networks are facilitated by the Development Officers  of the WCityCC. They meet on a quarterly basis to share information, plan and review  their various activities.

In addition there are some informal networks evolving over time eg the schoolage network, the green pre-schools network and the equality & diversity network.

All networks are kept informed of the developments and encouraged to join  the Waterford branch of the  Association of Childhood Professionals.
